Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls and route communications to appropriate departments
- Greet visitors, screen appointments, and maintain visitor logs
- Handle incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Perform clerical duties including data entry, filing, and document management
- Coordinate office calendars and meeting room reservations
- Assist with administrative projects as assigned by management
- Maintain clean, organized reception area and common spaces
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of receptionist/front desk experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in high-pressure situations
- Professional appearance and customer-focused demeanor
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience with office phone systems preferred
