Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet and welcome visitors with a professional demeanor, directing them appropriately and managing the reception area to maintain a pristine and organized environment.
- Communication Hub: Answer and screen incoming calls with exceptional courtesy, take accurate messages, and route inquiries to the correct department or personnel.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meeting rooms, ensuring all logistics are handled flawlessly.
- Administrative Support: Handle incoming and outgoing mail, process invoices, and assist with data entry and record keeping using company software.
- Client Relations: Build positive relationships with clients by addressing their needs promptly and professionally, acting as a brand ambassador for the company.
- Office Supplies Management: Monitor office supply levels and place orders as needed to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Officer, or in a similar administrative support role (1-2 years preferred).
- Communication: Superior verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and approachable tone.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
