Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk reception, including greeting visitors and answering multi-line phone systems.
- Perform high-volume data entry with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems.
- Screen and route incoming emails and correspondence.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including courier services.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Exceptional typing speed (40+ WPM) and accuracy.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
