Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk reception area with a professional, welcoming, and positive demeanor.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls and visitors efficiently to ensure seamless communication.
- Perform general clerical duties including data entry, filing, copying, and scanning documents.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and couriers with accuracy.
- Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating internal meetings.
- Handle customer inquiries and internal requests with patience, accuracy, and a customer-first approach.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked reception area and office environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Proven experience (1-2 years minimum) as a Receptionist or in a similar administrative support role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a polished telephone manner.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Ability to work independently while adhering to company policies and procedures.
