Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate travel arrangements
- Handle incoming communications (phone, email, mail) and prioritize inquiries
- Process invoices, expense reports, and financial documentation
- Organize office supplies, maintain records, and ensure workspace functionality
- Support HR functions including onboarding and document management
- Coordinate meetings and prepare professional presentations/materials
- Assist with special projects as assigned by department leadership
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of administrative support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with high level of accuracy in all tasks
- Associate's degree or relevant certification preferred
- Experience with HRIS systems a plus
