Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk reception area, greeting visitors and directing inquiries with professionalism.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and correspondence in a timely manner.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, including room bookings and calendar management.
- Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate electronic and physical records.
- Order and maintain office supplies to ensure operations run smoothly.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant experience in Washington DC or a similar metropolitan area is a plus.
