Responsibilities
- Administrative Coordination: Manage incoming correspondence, including emails and phone calls, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
- Record Management: Perform accurate data entry, file organization, and maintain both digital and physical records with strict attention to detail.
- Scheduling Support: Assist in booking meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements for team members.
- Office Operations: Monitor office supply inventory, place necessary orders, and ensure the workspace remains organized and welcoming.
- Customer Relations: Greet visitors warmly, check them in, and provide them with information or direct them to the correct department.
- Reporting: Assist in preparing basic reports and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or administrative certification is a plus.
- Experience: Previous experience in an office or administrative setting is preferred, but we are happy to train the right candidate.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
