Responsibilities
- Perform high-volume data entry with a 99% accuracy rate, ensuring all digital records and databases are current.
- Manage incoming correspondence, including emails and phone calls, and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Organize and maintain both physical and electronic filing systems for efficient document retrieval.
- Prepare, proofread, and format documents such as reports, invoices, and memos.
- Assist in inventory management and ordering of office supplies.
- Reconcile daily financial transactions and expense reports.
- Support the administrative team with scheduling and meeting preparations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in administrative support or data entry roles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Fast and accurate typing speed (minimum 45 WPM).
