Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations and greet visitors with a professional attitude.
- Perform high-volume data entry tasks with 99% accuracy.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls efficiently.
- Sort and distribute mail and manage internal communications.
- Maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems.
- Assist in coordinating meeting schedules and calendar management.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Proven experience in reception or administrative support preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Fast and accurate typing speed (minimum 40 WPM).
