- Manage office inventory, ordering supplies, and coordinating vendor communications
- Support departmental operations by handling mail, scheduling, and correspondence
- Generate and distribute routine reports using Microsoft Office Suite
- Assist in onboarding new staff with documentation and system training
Qualifications
- Proven experience in data entry with minimum 60 WPM typing speed
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (vlookups, pivot tables) and Google Workspace
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
