Responsibilities
- Calendar Management: Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior staff.
- Communication: Handle incoming emails and phone calls, routing them to the appropriate personnel promptly.
- Documentation: Prepare, proofread, and distribute internal memos, reports, and correspondence.
- Office Operations: Maintain an organized filing system, both digital and physical, ensuring easy access to records.
- Data Entry: Accurately input and update data into databases and spreadsheets using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Event Coordination: Assist in planning and organizing office events, team meetings, and training sessions.
- Vendor Relations: Manage relationships with local vendors and handle office supply orders.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business Administration preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or executive assistant role.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional tone.
- Organization: Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Availability: Ability to work full-time hours, Monday through Friday.
