Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain confidential data in company databases and spreadsheets
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate logistics for executive staff
- Prepare, edit, and distribute professional correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Act as primary point of contact for internal/external communications via phone, email, and in-person
- Organize and maintain physical/digital filing systems with meticulous attention to detail
- Assist with onboarding processes and new employee documentation
- Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks including travel arrangements and expense reporting
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years proven administrative support experience with data entry proficiency
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) with 10-key typing skills
- Exceptional organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail
