- Manage executive calendar scheduling and appointment coordination
- Handle incoming calls with professionalism and route to appropriate departments
- Greet and assist visitors with exceptional customer service
- Maintain reception area presentation and office supply inventory
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and packages
- Support administrative tasks including document preparation and data entry
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and equipment setup
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional receptionist experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software
