Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating complex travel arrangements
- Handle incoming communications, prioritize emails, and draft professional correspondence
- Organize and maintain confidential files, records, and digital documentation systems
- Coordinate office operations including supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and vendor management
- Prepare and distribute meeting materials, agendas, and minutes for executive meetings
- Act as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Support special projects and ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of executive administrative support experience in corporate environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
