Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, schedule appointments, and arrange domestic and international travel itineraries.
- Handle incoming communications, including emails and phone calls, with professionalism and poise.
- Prepare and distribute internal memos, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems, both digital and physical, ensuring easy information retrieval.
- Assist in data entry and database management to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Coordinate office events, meetings, and conference room bookings for executives.
- Act as the point of contact for vendors and clients, escalating issues as necessary.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an administrative or executive support role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of staff.
