- Communication Hub: Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders via phone, email, and in-person.
- Document Control: Prepare, proofread, and distribute high-quality reports, memos, and presentations.
- Record Keeping: Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems to ensure quick information retrieval.
- Event Coordination: Assist in organizing company events and managing office supplies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative support or a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word) and document management software.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of staff.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
