Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, coordinate complex schedules, and arrange domestic/international travel logistics
- Prepare, edit, and distribute confidential documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite
- Serve as primary point of contact for internal/external communications, including email, phone, and video conferencing
- Oversee office operations including inventory management, vendor coordination, and facility maintenance
- Support onboarding processes by preparing new hire materials and coordinating orientation activities
- Assist with budget tracking, expense reports, and financial documentation
- Organize company events, meetings, and offsite activities
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of administrative support experience in a corporate or tech environment
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Google Workspace
- Exceptional organizational skills with ability to prioritize competing deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities with attention to detail
- Experience with calendar management, travel booking, and expense reporting systems
