Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Define and execute the strategic technology roadmap, identifying key milestones and deliverables for the Year 2026.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research projects in emerging technologies, including AI, blockchain, and quantum computing, ensuring feasibility and commercial viability.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with C-suite executives to align technology initiatives with broader business goals and market trends.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and present high-level strategies to investors and partners.
- Team Leadership: Build and mentor a world-class team of strategists, engineers, and product designers.

Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, technology leadership, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a senior executive or director-level role.
- Education: Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Visionary Mindset: Demonstrated ability to anticipate future trends and translate them into actionable business strategies.
