Responsibilities

- Algorithm Development: Research and prototype quantum-inspired algorithms to optimize machine learning models for speed and efficiency.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a cross-functional team of data scientists and quantum engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical quantum concepts into actionable business strategies for executive leadership and investors.
- Performance Tuning: Continuously monitor and optimize system latency and computational throughput.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field with a focus on Quantum Mechanics or Artificial Intelligence.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years specifically focused on quantum computing or advanced AI architectures.
- Tools: Proficiency in Python, C++, and familiarity with quantum SDKs such as Qiskit, Cirq, or AWS Braket.
- Strategic Vision: Proven ability to think long-term and architect systems with a 2026+ deployment horizon.
- Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading high-performance engineering teams.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
