Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Lead the creation of the corporate technology roadmap, identifying critical emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, Quantum) and integrating them into our long-term business strategy.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead high-level research and development projects, driving proof-of-concepts (PoCs) from ideation to implementation.
- Strategic Partnerships: Cultivate relationships with top-tier tech startups, academic institutions, and industry leaders to stay ahead of the curve.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate with product, engineering, and executive leadership to ensure technology investments align with business goals and market demands.
- Change Management: Guide the organization through digital transformation, fostering a culture of continuous innovation and adaptability.
Qualifications
- Experience: 12+ years of experience in technology strategy, software engineering, or product management, with at least 5 years in a leadership or strategic advisory capacity.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), AI/ML frameworks, and emerging tech trends relevant to the 2026 landscape.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of identifying market opportunities and translating them into successful technology roadmaps.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
