Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Develop and maintain a comprehensive technology strategy that aligns with business goals and prepares the infrastructure for the year 2026.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research and development projects focused on emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, Blockchain) to ensure long-term competitiveness.
- Technical Governance: Establish architectural standards and best practices to ensure system scalability, security, and performance.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product management, design, and engineering teams to translate high-level business strategies into technical blueprints.
- Innovation Management: Identify new market opportunities and technologies that can be integrated into our core product lines.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and secure buy-in for high-stakes initiatives.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or technical leadership roles, with at least 3 years in a strategic or visionary capacity.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to think several years into the future and anticipate industry shifts.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of cloud architectures (AWS/Azure), microservices, and modern programming languages.
- Leadership: Demonstrated success in leading large-scale technical teams and managing cross-functional projects.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex strategies clearly.
