Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical strategy with business objectives.
- Lead the research and integration of cutting-edge technologies, including Generative AI, Edge Computing, and Quantum-ready architectures.
- Oversee the design of scalable, future-proof system architectures that can withstand rapid market evolution.
- Cultivate a culture of innovation, mentoring engineering teams to think beyond current constraints.
- Conduct high-level risk assessments for long-term projects and propose mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives and stakeholders to communicate complex technical visions effectively.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in technical leadership, architecture, or strategic consulting.
- Proven track record of defining technology roadmaps for at least 5+ years into the future.
- Deep expertise in cloud-native architecture (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and distributed systems.
- Strong understanding of emerging tech trends, specifically AI/ML integration and Web3 protocols.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to forecast market shifts and technological disruptions.
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
