Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 technology innovation roadmap through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and mitigate future risks
- Produce annual foresight reports and scenario planning frameworks for executive decision-making
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and emerging tech startups
- Translate future insights into product development roadmaps and go-to-market strategies
- Represent the company at global innovation forums and thought leadership platforms
- Mentor internal teams in futures thinking methodologies and strategic foresight practices
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futures research
- Proven track record of implementing technology-driven transformation initiatives
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFAP, WFS) preferred
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience to executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Deep understanding of geopolitical, economic, and social megatrends
