- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Quantify future market opportunities through data-driven risk assessment
- Mentor emerging talent in future-focused methodologies
- Present strategic recommendations to executive board and key stakeholders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate strategy
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong proficiency in strategic modeling tools and data visualization platforms
