Responsibilities
- Lead the development of the 2026 Strategic Vision, defining core pillars for long-term growth and technological integration.
- Conduct deep-dive analysis on emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, Web3) to forecast their impact on our business model.
- Collaborate with cross-functional C-suite executives to align foresight initiatives with operational goals.
- Identify potential market disruptions and develop contingency strategies to maintain competitive advantage.
- Present complex strategic concepts to global stakeholders in a clear, compelling, and visionary manner.
- Oversee a team of analysts to ensure the continuous updating of the strategic roadmap.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in Strategic Planning, Management Consulting, or Technology Strategy.
- Proven track record of leading long-term (5+ year) strategic initiatives for a major organization.
- Deep understanding of macro-economic trends and their influence on business strategy.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to synthesize vast amounts of unstructured data.
- Strong executive presence and excellent communication skills, capable of influencing senior leadership.
- Advanced degree (MBA or Master’s in Strategic Studies, Economics, or Computer Science) preferred.
