Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Ready Systems: Design scalable, resilient microservices architectures specifically optimized for the computational demands of 2026 AI workloads.
- AI Integration Strategy: Lead the integration of Generative AI and Large Language Models into core business processes, ensuring seamless user experiences.
- Technical Roadmap Definition: Collaborate with product managers to define long-term technical roadmaps, forecasting technology trends 2-3 years in advance.
- Performance Optimization: Oversee the optimization of neural networks and data pipelines to maximize throughput and minimize latency.
- Security & Compliance: Implement rigorous security protocols to protect proprietary AI models and sensitive training data.
- Mentorship: Cultivate a high-performance engineering culture by mentoring senior developers and architects.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a specialized AI/ML architecture role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and distributed systems (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strategic Vision: Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value and strategic roadmaps.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
