Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy secure, scalable smart contracts using Solidity, Rust, or Vyper.
- Build and maintain high-performance decentralized applications (dApps) with a focus on security and user experience.
- Integrate Web3 wallets (MetaMask, WalletConnect) and facilitate seamless blockchain interactions.
- Conduct code reviews, perform security audits, and optimize gas fees for blockchain transactions.
- Collaborate with the frontend team to bridge Web2 and Web3 architectures.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in blockchain technology and propose innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years specifically in Web3 or Blockchain development.
- Deep understanding of blockchain protocols (Ethereum, Solana, or Polygon) and consensus mechanisms.
- Proficiency in Solidity and experience with frameworks like Hardhat or Truffle.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern frontend frameworks (React, Next.js).
- Experience with Web3 libraries (ethers.js, web3.js) and off-chain storage solutions (IPFS, The Graph).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong grasp of computer science fundamentals.
- A 'crypto-native' mindset with a keen eye for detail in security and architecture.
