This role is critical in identifying and securing the top-tier engineering talent needed to define the future of our industry.

Responsibilities
- Strategic Sourcing: Leverage advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean, social engineering, and passive candidate outreach) to identify top-tier talent for hard-to-fill engineering roles.
- Pipeline Management: Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline focused on the 2026 roadmap, ensuring a 3-month supply of qualified candidates at all times.
- Executive Partnership: Collaborate closely with CTOs and Engineering Managers to translate business objectives into compelling recruitment strategies.
- Offer Management: Guide candidates through the offer process, negotiating competitive packages and ensuring a seamless transition into the organization.
- Employer Branding: Represent Apex Horizon as a top employer of choice, showcasing our cutting-edge culture and 2026 vision to the market.
- Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends, salary benchmarks, and emerging technologies to provide strategic advice to leadership.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in Technical Recruiting, specifically within high-growth technology environments.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and proficiency in recruiting for Full Stack, AI/ML, and Cloud Engineering roles.
- Sourcing Skills: Proven track record of using Boolean search strings and leveraging ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) like Greenhouse or Lever to drive metrics.
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of engaging with C-level executives and individual contributors alike.
- Autonomy: Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment while maintaining high productivity and accountability.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
