Responsibilities
- Define and execute the Technical Architecture Strategy for 2026 product lines, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable, cloud-native microservices and distributed systems.
- Mentor and coach senior engineering teams, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and architecture assessments to ensure best practices and security compliance.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to prioritize technical debt reduction and feature delivery.
- Drive the adoption of emerging technologies and frameworks to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 10+ years of software engineering experience with at least 5 years in a Senior Architect or Lead role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and serverless architectures.
- Programming: Proficiency in modern languages such as Go, Java, Python, or TypeScript.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of long-term planning and roadmap execution.
