Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural vision and design for the 2026 product roadmap and system modernization initiatives.
- Design and implement scalable, high-availability cloud infrastructure using AWS and Kubernetes.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define technical specifications and best practices.
- Conduct deep-dive code reviews and mentor a team of high-performance engineers.
- Drive the adoption of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices to accelerate deployment cycles.
- Identify potential technical bottlenecks and propose innovative solutions for critical business systems.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in systems architecture, software engineering, or related fields.
- Deep expertise in distributed systems, microservices, and containerization technologies (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong proficiency in Python, Go, or Java, with familiarity in modern AI/ML frameworks.
- Proven track record of leading teams through large-scale digital transformations.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Relevant certification (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect, TOGAF, or PMP) is highly preferred.
