Responsibilities

- Identify and evaluate emerging technology trends (AI, Quantum Computing, Edge IoT) to determine strategic fit.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to modernize legacy systems and improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to secure budget approval for high-impact R&D projects.
- Mentor a team of senior engineers and product managers, fostering a culture of innovation.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of technology initiatives.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or software engineering leadership.
- Proven track record of delivering complex technical projects ahead of schedule.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and forecast future technology needs.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration preferred.
- Certification in Agile or Project Management is a plus.
