Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Create a comprehensive, multi-year strategic plan that aligns technology initiatives with business goals.
- Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Direct engineering, product, and design teams to ensure cohesive execution of the 2026 vision.
- Emerging Technology Analysis: Continuously evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, Edge Computing) to identify opportunities for competitive advantage.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical strategies to executive leadership and non-technical stakeholders with clarity and impact.
- Resource Optimization: Manage budgets and resources to ensure maximum ROI on development projects.
- Vendor & Partnership Strategy: Identify and evaluate strategic partners to augment our internal capabilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree: in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration.
- 10+ Years Experience: in a strategic technology leadership role, preferably within a high-growth tech environment.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in planning and delivering complex, large-scale technology initiatives.
- Expertise in Cloud & AI: Deep understanding of AWS/Azure and modern AI/ML architectures.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to think several years ahead and anticipate industry shifts.
- Strong Leadership Skills: Proven ability to mentor teams and foster a culture of innovation.
