Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning long-term technical vision with business objectives.
- Lead R&D initiatives in cutting-edge fields including Generative AI, Edge Computing, and Sustainable Tech.
- Identify emerging market trends and disruptive technologies to drive competitive advantage.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate futuristic solutions into current product pipelines.
- Present complex technical concepts to executive stakeholders in a clear, compelling narrative.
- Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and forward-thinking.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic technology planning, product management, or enterprise architecture.
- Proven track record of forecasting technological shifts and successfully adapting business strategies.
- Deep understanding of AI architectures, Blockchain, and Next-Gen Computing paradigms.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire a forward-thinking team.
- Relevant advanced degree (Masters or PhD) in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Business.
