- Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead and mentor high-performing teams across engineering, product, and design to ensure seamless execution of strategic initiatives.
- R&D Oversight: Direct research and development efforts to validate concepts and bring breakthrough innovations from the lab to the market.
- Stakeholder Management: Present complex strategic data and future projections to C-level executives and board members to secure buy-in and resources.
- Competitive Analysis: Continuously monitor the competitive landscape to identify gaps and opportunities for disruption.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field is highly preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in strategic leadership, consulting, or high-level engineering roles within the tech industry.
- Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated ability to think critically about the next 5-10 years of industry evolution and translate that into actionable strategy.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of emerging technologies, including but not limited to Generative AI, Neural Interfaces, and Sustainable Tech.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas to diverse audiences.
- Adaptability: Proven track record of working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and pivoting strategies based on new data.
