Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and implement scalable microservices and front-end architectures for Project 2026.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and performant code while establishing best practices for the engineering team.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and designers to translate complex requirements into elegant technical solutions.
- System Optimization: Monitor application performance, troubleshoot complex issues, and optimize for speed and scalability.
- Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends and propose innovative technical solutions to drive the project forward.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
- Frontend Expertise: Proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular) and strong CSS/SASS skills.
- Backend Skills: Experience with Node.js, Python, or Go, along with RESTful API design.
- Database Knowledge: Deep understanding of SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
- Cloud Proficiency: Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
