Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of the 2026 strategic roadmap, ensuring alignment with high-level business goals.
- Design and maintain high-performance, scalable microservices and distributed systems using modern cloud-native technologies.
- Drive code quality and technical excellence through rigorous code reviews, architectural best practices, and mentorship of junior engineers.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, UX Designers, and Data Scientists to deliver feature-rich applications.
- Optimize cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) to ensure 99.99% uptime and cost efficiency.
- Conduct deep-dive research into emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, Edge Computing) to keep our stack ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of professional software development experience in a senior capacity, with a proven track record of leading complex projects.
- Expert proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust, with strong experience in JavaScript/TypeScript for frontend integration.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and cloud-native architecture.
- Experience integrating Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning models into production applications.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on system resilience, security, and performance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent technical experience.
