Responsibilities
- Technical SEO Leadership: Conduct and oversee comprehensive technical SEO audits to identify and rectify site architecture issues, crawl errors, and performance bottlenecks.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute long-term SEO strategies aligned with business goals to improve organic rankings and drive qualified traffic.
- Content Optimization: Collaborate with content teams to optimize on-page elements, ensuring semantic relevance and user intent alignment.
- Data Analysis: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) using Google Analytics, Search Console, and proprietary tools to report on ROI and adjust strategies in real-time.
- Link Building: Design and implement high-quality off-page strategies to acquire authoritative backlinks and enhance domain authority.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor junior SEO analysts and collaborate with web developers to ensure technical SEO best practices are implemented in the codebase.
- Competitor Analysis: Continuously monitor competitor movements and market trends to identify new opportunities and threats.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of proven experience in SEO, with a focus on technical SEO and strategy.
- Technical Skills: Deep understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and server-side rendering (SSR) concepts. Proficiency with tools like Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz.
- Analytics: Advanced proficiency in Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical data into actionable business insights for stakeholders.

- Tools: Familiarity with Python or SQL for data extraction and analysis is a plus.
