  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) using Google Analytics 4 and SEMrush to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Talent Branding: Enhance our employer value proposition (EVP) through technical blog contributions and LinkedIn thought leadership.
  • Technical Interviews: Conduct deep-dive technical interviews with engineering candidates to assess code quality and architectural understanding.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in SEO and Technical Recruiting.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz) and ATS systems (Greenhouse, Lever).
