Responsibilities
- SEO Strategy & Execution: Lead comprehensive technical SEO audits to improve site architecture, crawlability, and indexability for high-volume B2B platforms.
- Technical Recruitment: Source, screen, and close senior-level technical roles (Full Stack, Data Science, AI Engineering) using advanced Boolean search techniques.
- Content Optimization: Collaborate with content teams to implement on-page SEO best practices that drive organic traffic and conversion rates.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) using Google Analytics 4 and SEMrush to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Talent Branding: Enhance our employer value proposition (EVP) through technical blog contributions and LinkedIn thought leadership.
- Technical Interviews: Conduct deep-dive technical interviews with engineering candidates to assess code quality and architectural understanding.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in SEO and Technical Recruiting.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz) and ATS systems (Greenhouse, Lever).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Marketing, or Business Administration.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot complex SEO issues and recruitment bottlenecks.
- Tools: Familiarity with coding languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a strong plus.
