Responsibilities
- Technical SEO Leadership: Conduct comprehensive site audits and implement technical fixes to improve crawlability, indexability, and Core Web Vitals scores.
- Strategy Development: Develop and execute a long-term SEO strategy aligned with 2026 search engine algorithms and user behavior trends.
- On-Page & Content Optimization: Collaborate with content teams to optimize existing assets and guide the creation of high-value, semantic content.
- Link Building & Authority: Execute a white-hat link building strategy to enhance domain authority and organic rankings.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor performance metrics using Google Analytics and Search Console, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and developers to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into the development lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in SEO, with a proven track record of improving organic traffic and rankings.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in technical SEO tools (e.g., Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMrush) and coding languages (JavaScript, HTML, CSS).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strategic Mindset: Ability to think critically about search trends, user intent, and business goals.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for reporting and stakeholder management.
