Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits and implement corrective strategies to improve site health and crawlability.
- Develop and execute high-level keyword research and content strategy to target high-value search intent.
- Optimize on-page elements, including meta tags, headings, and internal linking structures.
- Lead off-page SEO efforts, including outreach for high-quality backlinks and managing PR relationships.
- Analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and third-party SEO software to report on ROI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Content, Development, Design) to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into all digital assets.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Google algorithm updates and industry trends to proactively adapt strategies.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience in SEO, with a track record of improving organic traffic and search rankings.
- Deep understanding of Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and technical SEO principles.
- Proficiency in SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, or Screaming Frog.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable business strategies.
- Experience managing SEO projects and budgets from conception to execution.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
