What You'll Do:
We are looking for a results-oriented leader who can translate complex data into actionable strategies. You will be responsible for the end-to-end SEO lifecycle, from technical audits to content optimization and link building.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with business goals to improve organic rankings and drive qualified traffic.
- Technical SEO: Lead technical audits to identify and fix crawl errors, site speed issues, and schema markup problems to ensure optimal site health.
- Content Strategy: Collaborate with content teams to optimize on-page elements, ensuring high-quality, keyword-rich content that resonates with users and search engines.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console; provide regular, detailed reports to stakeholders.
- Link Building: Manage and execute high-authority link-building campaigns to boost domain authority and referral traffic.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior SEO analysts and provide training on best practices and industry trends.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of proven experience in SEO, with at least 2 years in a management or leadership capacity.
- Technical Skills: Deep understanding of technical SEO principles, including site architecture, HTML/CSS, and JavaScript basics.
- Tools: Proficiency in Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar SEO tools.
- Certifications: Google Analytics and Google Ads certifications are highly preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to troubleshoot complex SEO issues.
