Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations including greeting visitors, answering multi-line phone systems, and handling mail/deliveries
- Accurately input and maintain confidential client data in CRM and database systems
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meeting logistics for executive staff
- Assist with office administration tasks including document processing, filing, and inventory management
- Resolve basic technical issues and escalate complex problems to IT support
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations and exceptional client experiences
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of receptionist and data entry experience in a professional setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and database management
- Exceptional verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
