Responsibilities
- Manage reception desk operations including call routing, visitor screening, and package handling
- Coordinate executive calendar management and meeting logistics across multiple departments
- Oversee office supply inventory and coordinate vendor relationships
- Assist with new employee onboarding including workspace preparation and equipment setup
- Implement and maintain office communication protocols including email and digital signage
- Support HR initiatives with documentation processing and interview coordination
- Collaborate with facilities team on office maintenance and event planning
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of high-volume corporate reception experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software (Outlook, Calendly)
- Exceptional verbal/written communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask 10+ concurrent projects with meticulous attention to detail
- Professional demeanor with ability to maintain composure under pressure
- Associates degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Experience working in tech/startup environments highly valued
