Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for executive staff
- Handle incoming communications including calls, emails, and correspondence
- Prepare and distribute confidential documents, reports, and presentations
- Process expense reports, invoices, and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate office supplies inventory and vendor relationships
- Support HR functions including onboarding and employee records management
- Act as primary point of contact for weekend office operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of administrative or office support experience
