Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for executives and staff
- Handle incoming communications including calls, emails, and correspondence
- Prepare, edit, and distribute professional documents and reports
- Maintain filing systems, both digital and physical, ensuring data accuracy
- Coordinate office logistics including supplies, equipment maintenance, and vendor relations
- Support HR processes onboarding, training coordination, and record management
- Assist with budget tracking and expense report preparation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 3+ years of administrative or office support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
