Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system and direct 50+ daily calls to appropriate departments
- Greet and screen all visitors with exceptional professionalism and warmth
- Coordinate executive calendars and manage meeting room bookings
- Process incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and courier services
- Assist with office supply inventory and equipment maintenance
- Support HR functions including new hire onboarding documentation
- Generate daily reports using Microsoft Office Suite
- Act as primary emergency response coordinator for building incidents
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years corporate receptionist/front desk experience
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Excel)
- Exceptional verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure environments
- Discretion when handling confidential information
- Valid Washington State driver's license (required for occasional errands)
- Experience with office management systems (e.g., ServiceNow)
- Basic knowledge of office safety protocols and procedures
