Responsibilities
- Architect and maintain large-scale, complex React applications using modern frameworks and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and backend engineers, to define and implement new features.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and responsive interactions across all devices.
- Conduct code reviews, provide technical mentorship, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Implement robust state management solutions (Redux, MobX, or Context API) to handle complex data flows.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code that adheres to industry standards.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from design to deployment and monitoring.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience with React.js, including deep knowledge of hooks, context, and component lifecycle.
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
- Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and modern state management libraries.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
