Responsibilities
- Architect Frontend Solutions: Design and implement scalable, high-performance component architectures using React 2026 standards.
- Performance Optimization: Drive rendering efficiency, ensuring 60fps experiences on complex data-heavy applications.
- Legacy Migration: Lead the transition of legacy web assets to the modern React 2026 core, ensuring zero data loss and seamless UX.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Establish coding standards, conduct rigorous code reviews, and mentor junior developers on advanced patterns.
- Collaboration: Partner closely with UX/UI designers and backend engineers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation and API integration.
- Tooling & CI/CD: Configure and maintain automated pipelines for testing and deployment using modern DevOps practices.
Qualifications
- Expertise in React 2026: Deep knowledge of the latest React features, including the new compiler, concurrent rendering, and advanced hooks.
- TypeScript Proficiency: Strong experience writing type-safe, scalable code with TypeScript.
- Modern Tooling: Proficiency with Next.js, Tailwind CSS, and modern state management solutions.
