- Code Optimization: Develop and optimize quantum software stacks using C++, Python, and Q# to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Mentorship & Collaboration: Guide a team of junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with product managers to define technical roadmaps that align with the company's 2026 vision.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years specifically in quantum computing or advanced AI systems.
