Responsibilities
- Architect Quantum Solutions: Design and implement high-level quantum algorithms and quantum error correction codes for NISQ (Noisy Intermediate-Scale Quantum) devices.
- Software Development: Write optimized code in Python and C++ to interface with our proprietary quantum hardware stack.
- System Integration: Develop middleware that allows classical machine learning models to seamlessly communicate with quantum processors.
- Research & Innovation: Stay ahead of the curve on emerging quantum technologies, contributing patents and white papers on future-proof architectures.
- Performance Tuning: Analyze quantum circuit execution times and optimize resource allocation to maximize qubit coherence and reliability.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. in Physics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field, with a focus on Quantum Information Science.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in software engineering, specifically with quantum computing frameworks like Qiskit, Cirq, or PyQuil.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python (NumPy, SciPy), C++, and classical machine learning libraries (TensorFlow/PyTorch).
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of linear algebra, probability theory, and quantum mechanics principles.
- Communication: Ability to translate complex quantum concepts for cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
